1. Program Description TahlequahTimes offers an SMS messaging program (the "Program") to deliver news updates, alerts, promotional offers, and account-related notifications to subscribers who have opted in.

Opt-In By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during signup on tahlequahtimes.com, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from TahlequahTimes at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of membership or any purchase.
3. Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our Site and the news cycle. You may receive multiple messages per week.
4. Cost Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan. TahlequahTimes is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.
5. Opt-Out You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time.

7. Supported Carriers Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major US carriers.
8. Privacy No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
